This is Jennifer, your local real estate expert. I help people sell and buy homes in Southport, St James, Oak Island and surrounding areas of North Carolina.
I am originally from Dublin, Ireland and now live in St James. I discovered St James in 2011. I visited often and fell in love with the people and the area. I was fortunate to get the opportunity to move here in 2021. They say if you have a job you love you will never work a day. I love what I do and my job allows me to meet new people every day and share with them the reasons why I moved here.
Most people who move to this area are moving from out of state. They want warmer climates or are moving to be closer to family. Let me remove some of this stress for you. I have been in your shoes. I have lived in 3 different countries. Having 30+ years of experience in corporate insurance, I also have the skills to best represent you in the buying process.
